Sorry if this has been said before, I searched and didn't see it, but I just looked through this thing at Barnes & Noble...What a piece of [!@#%^&^]. Half of the VGs are nicer than the FVFs. There were some VF/NM or NM books that look like VGs and FNs. Remarkably, the CGC stuff is (for the most part) dead on, while the raw books look like they were graded by myopic chimps.

There was a good portion in there by Matt Nelson trying to make an attempt to standardize restoration disclosure.

I shudder to think that someone might experience this as their introduction to comic book grading.

Any other opinions?
