Cgc High grade to date is 9.6 wondering If I should send it in? Your the experts.

But for a couple of edge blemishes in the inks at the CTEFC and the BELLFC, and an ever-so-slight bend at the TS, it looks quite nice. We'd need a BC scan to grade . . . but I'll venture a possible 9.4 with a slight chance at a 9.6 if both those ink flaws are common or distributor spray.
