I myself can't tell from the scan at all, as low as 5.0 (?) and as high as 9.0 (?). Take it out of the bag and then scan it in. Keep the resolution pretty high so the details can be made out and then it will be easier to tell what defects it has.

there are no defects other than the bottom left corner blunting. this one is a tough call on whether it's worth slabbing at $200+/- in OPG VF. In VG to Fine I've found these sort of Captain Marvel books tend to sell at around guide in a slab, dunno about VF or higher.
