Hopefully the two concepts are not mutually exclusive. An open and loving nature toward the rest of the world can give you the energy and freedom to release your talents and passions and let them shine. This is different than focusing yourself like a laser beam on certain tasks in order to advance your career and material accomplishments. That process, I think, can be productive materially but at the same time can shrink your world as the walls of your own concentration and focus wall you off from everything except your material goals.

 

Ultimately, if you can give your best to the world as a gift, and others around you are inspired to do the same - then perhaps we can have everything. Success in all arenas.
