This is a tough black cover . It the front cover only as I don't what to put finger prints on it . Back is as nice as front. White pages. Part of the collection I keep posting from. If it wasn't broken up in the late 80's and documented it might have been a pedigree.

Not to argue or anything but look at the 9.4 curator copy of Avengers 25 in the Wtb thread there is more wear on that copy than this copy?

Ok where is the wear on my book beside the ulc. Then look at the avengers and you will see a larger lower left corner spine ding and two large color breaking spine stress marks. a spot of light wear on top edge. a color chip lower edge. my copy has no color breaking stress marks and when I hold it at any angle in the light I see 2 light non color braking marks on the spine. No edge and wear perfectly flat.

Here is a CGC 9.2 black cover I circled all the color breaking stress marks and the upper left and right corner bumps.

looks the same as mine as far as the upper left corner just yours has a little more wear on the upper left corner.

Looks like yours might have a couple tiny ticks at the Thing's head one by Torches flame and possibly on by the Thing's foot in the logo area

No way. With a spine like that at least a 9.2

Never said that, I do think its a 9.4 though based on my experience besides I am to cheap to send it in.

I have this reprinted in one of those Treasury Editions from the late 70's. I still remember getting it at the drugstore.
