I noticed CGC graded this Zip Comics #40 as a VF+ 8.5 unrestored. The browning at the top bugs me.

I have another really nice book with the same flaw.

 

Pep Comics #48.

 

 

What would this grade?

It looks awefully dark to be an 8.5 to me.

 

And to be OW/W pages?

Bad call, CGC.

Unless the scan is just too dark.
