It has a great Ayers electric chair story -- very wacky. Told tongue in cheek so that it still reads well to these modern eyes.

I like the cover as well but I've never figured out what's happening to the man in the foreground. Your thoughts?

 

As far as Katz goes, it's certainly different than his work for Standard though not out of the realm of possibility. I have an Atlas War Comic with a story by him that I think I can find and use for comparison.
