I believe this Villian (Octavius) looks truer to the comic than the Green PowerRanger...oops Goblin hehe. This time around it should be alot better antagonist for Spidey with more one on one battle with their minds and brute strength.

NEWS: DOC OCK CHANGES OUTFIT FOR FILM DEBUT

 

Although comics fans will not see Doctor Octopus’ trademark white coat in

Spider-Man 2, they will be struck by the appearance of Alfred Molina’s portrayal

of the demented scientist when the film hits theaters a year from now.

Molina’s look as the next Spider-Man villain was unveiled at Comic-Con

International: San Diego.

 

USA Today reported July 21 that, even though the character’s trademark

artificial arms will be half digital effects, the apparatus will still weigh 75

to 100 pounds.
