What grade would you give this comic?

I got it for 30 dollars at a comicbook store as a birthday present from my father on my 24th birthday.

The only real damage to it is that the bottom staple has become detached from the cover and the pages inside are a bit offwhite

In NM this comic goes for like 150 dollars.

I really need to pull the Overstreet Grading Guide back out. I've been grading comics with detached staples G+ at best.....
