Is Marvel Preview #2 (Punisher) any good

I have been considering picking up a MP #2 magazine, is it worth buying? Problem is it cost $50 for a decent copy and I don't want to spend that much only to find out that it sucks. Opinons please on the art and story...good - bad? If anyone has scans of the interior please post them.

I have one, and it is good. And I'd sell it. IIRC, my copy is a FVF, but I'd have to look again.

 

More like the current Punisher than the original 'semi-superhero' version.

I've got a copy in F/VF condition for trade.....don't ask me about the story, not really interested in the punisher...not sure why I bought it.

I enjoyed it quite a bit I love the earlier punisher stuff, another good Punisher mag is the Super-Action
