Virtual Comicon Saturday February 10

185 posts in this topic

I will be participating. I will finally break out my Silver and Bronze Marvels for the occasion. And I will do a DC redux from my DC for-sale thread the past couple weeks.

And if anyone has any requests for GA Romance, please send me a PM, as my 200 or so pre-code romance books have come onto my RADAR screen recently

A note about the format - I know you are still working on it. I get the impression that doing deals solely by PM was problematic in the past here, and the "I Take it" system was put into place because of it. I would hate to see a return to old problems and sour grapes about selective PM sale honoring. Please consider this when determining the format.

Directions for thumbnail link using Photobucket:

Click on the "URL" option from the Instant UBB Code menu.

Enter Photobucket URL for the item(it can be copied/pasted). Hit OK.

Next prompt will ask for "Title of Webpage, etc". Enter :

"(URL for item with the "th_" in front of file name)" without the quotations I put at either end. Hit OK.

Then test it out!

Was this method being used before I started it last winter? 893scratchchin-thumb.gif

Sweet! Thanks for this info!

In order to create a thumbnail using photobucket:

Select the image by checking the box then select the button at the bottom that says "Generate HTML and IMG code" (you know - that button you've ignored this whole time).

Copy and paste the code for Thumbnails and you're all set. Here's an example

I'm still having a heck of a time trying to get this to work. I don't see anything that says "Generate HTML and IMG code". My photobucket has three options: URL Link, HTML Tag, and IMG Code. I even tried copying your code and inserting my image info, but all I got was an oversized thumbnail of my pic.

What am I missing?

The directions above only just creates a link like this

Flash 7

I just did it this way and got a thumbnail link, not just a link. confused-smiley-013.gif

Ahhhhh, I see why. You only entered "Flash 7" not "(URL for item with the "th_" in front of file name)" as noted.
