I would think the chipping at the bottom with small chunks gone would hold this at a VG 4.0 tops.

that and the fairly long center crease might keep this down in the 3.0 - 3.5 range.........too bad because the colors are quite nice..............

It's not a crease, it's more like a very light scratch at best.
