Nice Steve! 5.0 was my first impression, but probably a picky 4.5 now that I notice the scuff on the right edge, combined with spine wear, blah blah....

It was sold as a 5.0, but the seller told me he figured it would CGC anywhere from 4.0 to 6.0.

 

My feeling is that it is a strong 4.5 or a decent 5.0.

Since CGC has given some incredibly faded Fiction House books 8.0s - I guess not. A load of bollox IMHO.
