Just picked up a copy of this book from a well-known dealer only to find that the centerfold is missing. I expected better from this loooong-time seller.

Anyway, point is that I bought it to reconstruct the book for the Marvel Masterworks volume. Can anybody help me with scans of those four pages? 100%, 600 dpi, color mode.
