That book was jacked. I'll look at mine. I think mine didn't. But I think if it didn't have that flaw, it had another in a different spot. DOH

Since I bought the other 6, I'm sure I'll give in and buy the 7th issue, "ding" or no "ding".

 

Kinda interesting to see if the flaws are global or not.

are you guys enjoying that series? I bought the first couple, but figured i would wait for the trade, as it was not holding my attention monthly.....

I felt the same way, couldn't pass up the 7th issue due to an issue since I had the first 6.

 

The book was okay. I thought it had great potential but didn't really live up to it. Too bad with the creative team too. I have a feeling that this title will go on the shelf for quite awhile again.

Yeah, I'd have to agree that it could've been better.

 

It was focused, but it plodded along too slowly. You kinda wished that they were the Externals right off the bat.

 

I'm one (of the few?) who likes Romita Jr.'s art. So, that part kept me coming back for the subsequent issues. And I liked the colors to.

I was disappointed as well. I usually enjoy Gaiman's work.
