I think a 6.0 might be stretching it. Too much wear on the edges of the FC. I'd say 5.0 looks about right. Maybe inch up to 5.5

I was thinking lower, along the lines of a 4.0. It looks dirty, like it spent a lot of time in a long box rubbing up against other comics without protection. Hard to tell without having it in hand.

Yes, the line running down the middle of the scan is some kind of artifact (most noticable above Reed's left elbow) in the scan itself and not the comic.
