Original cover art being sold in 2 places at once for different prices?

If you do a 'for sale search' on comicartfans.com for X-Factor you will see the original art for the cover of issue 102 on sale from 2 different sellers (Anthony's Collectibles and RomitaMan Original Art) for 2 different prices. How can this be??

My guess - either the 2 dealers traded/bought from each other, or one person bought it from one and traded it to the other.

 

Either way, one of them didn't update their site properly to reflect the same.

I've bought from both dealers (and been pleased with each purchase; good guys) -- but I've had a couple of occasions where a piece was still listed on Anthony's site even though it was already sold. From his responses, I'm positive it wasn't an intentional lapse...just one of those things.
