$3.30. There's no limit to the starting price, but the listing fee tops out at $3.30.

 

That's one of the reasons those insufficiently_thoughtful_persons with reprints starting at $1Million don't stop.

That's an advertisment for his website. His entire inventory is compiled through well-publicized Heritage Auctions. Who knows about PGC but doesn't know to check Heritage Auctions? "Gee I won't pay $85 K for the AF 15 9.4 at Heritage...But I will pay $100K for the same book through PGC."
