Can any one Identify this Thing Cover/page?

I recently picked this up, hasn't arrived yet, but I was wondering if anyone knew where it was from. It looks very fimiliar. I just can't put my finger on it. Anyone out there know?

I just saw that for sale on someone's site. I can't recall who though. It said it was a cover for something if I remember correctly. Sorry I'm not more help than that.

He's going to be at the Kansas City Con on May 4th/5th. The Con is being discussed in the "Comics Event" section. You might be able to have someone attending show him a copy of it.
