Hmmm... could be another (although very minor) Overstreet error? On page 770 of this year's edition, they list something called Weird Suspense Stories as a Canadian reprint of Crime SuspenStories. I'm assuming that's what these 3 are that you've found?

That's exactly what they are, Canadian reprints. If we consider them in the spectrum of EC rarity, then we have to include any other international reprints, which are in all likelihood rarer.
