8.0 based on general paper quality (how would you rate it?) and general wear and soil. Are those rust spots near the staples on b/c? I guess you could make a case for 7.5, but I give it an 8

Very nice. I'd guess 8.0 to 8.5 but depends on the back cover.

Maybe 8.0. Need a back cover scan and, don't take offense, but you need to post the scans right here. Most people aren't going to take the time to go to your link and expand from there. Usually I skip them if I have to link elsewhere. Keep it simple and more people might chime in.
