Maybe but he'll come back in six months or so.

 

I don't think so, it's not his nature to kill anyone. If old spidey kills someone out of revenge he's crapped on his legacy once more. It's bad enough the world knows his name and who he is, but putting him on some sort of vigilante spree is enough.

 

Then again maybe it's time they did something truly different? I'm guessing One More Day will put everything back to normal somehow, good old Marvel!

It would be a bad move, in my opinion. Kingpin is finally starting to return as a semi-interesting character. I loved the fall (via Bendis), but good villains are far-and-few.
