PGM - Fawcett Movie Comic -Man from Planet X

I've got another tough one to grade....at least tough for me that is.

 

What would you folks venture as to the apparant restored grade for this book.

Resto includes Moderate Professional Spine Repair. There are still a couple of scuffs or non-color breaking marks visible at the spine. Otherwise I don't really see anything else except for the date stamp and miswrap.

Very tough to grade restored HG books via scans. Is there a light crease in the URC?

 

I'll throw out a wild guess of Apparent 7.5. Nice one!
