Are they bringing Barry Allen (Flash) back?

Are they dumping Bart and bringing back Barry Allen? DC is trying to really sell Flash 13 and 14 , but wont say why.

After the dreadful run by the guys who did the Flash TV series I think the Flash is back on track as one of my favorite books.

 

Anyway, back to your question...Bart is in the process of losing his Speed Force so some speedster has to save his bacon, right?...maybe Barry comes back from the future or wherever he is and saves the day, but I haven't got that impression...yet.
