Grade my X-Men 12

I found this on eBay for dirt cheap and just got it in the mail today - so I'm feeling pretty proud of myself.

I'd call it a F/VF...Thoughts?

Defects:some damage to the lower left hand corner(small tear)corner scrunch in the upper left hand corner. In the upper right hand corner - that is just slight color fade - not any kind of creasing

Yea, around 7.0...if the tear is small enough then it could poke up to 7.5, but unless the tear is tiny, I doubt it.

That lower left corner is the only thing keeping this from a VF-, so yeah F/VF looks dead on.

That's my favorite grade personally for a book! Fine/Very FIne. Nice enough to touch/hold/read, and your day won't be ruined if you slighly get a crease in it from reading it.

Yes...and no nasty "minus" on the end of the grade, ruining the experience of owning it.
