FC solid. Some rounding of the corners and is that a dent/crease in the lower left? Also some stress around the bottom staple. Assume that's a stray pencil mark on back not a tear? If so, with the dirt/smudging I'd say this is a 7.0, maybe 7.5 in hand.

Heavy soiling, crease on back cover, pulled bottom staple with discoloration. Corners are slightly blunted, 4.5 to 5.0

Quite a range on this one! I don't think the bottom staple is popped, but there is heavy wear to the book right there. Around 5.5/6.0 my guess.
