Reprints- what does it mean?

It means that those issues were reprints of various X-Men comics numbers 1-66.

 

They started new stories again with #94.

Actually the title was almost canceled before #94 ever happened.

Judging from the months between certain issues,it may havebeen cancelled once or twice.

Still pisses me off they never finished showing the conclusion to the story in 93.
