Question on Amazing #4 NM Copy Pics

6 posts in this topic

I have what I feel is a NM #4 but I'm not sure if the cover has been trimmed or their is color touch up. I don't see anything when I hold it to the light but this book seems too clean. I really don't want to sell it as NM and have somebody find out it's been restored. Any suggestions? Thanks!

It's hard to tell about the color touch from a scan... you have to see the book in person... as for the trimming, lay another silver age book over it, and you'll get an idea quickly.

As for submitting it to CGC... if it's a true NM you're costing yourself money by not sending it in... probably a substantial amount.

The bottom right corner area looks like its cut in a little farther than the rest of the right edge, but that could just be the scan.

I agree with everybody else though. Submit it!
