FF #48 -- Guess The Grade

I just got notification from the collectorsociety that my recently submitted comics have been shipped. I thought I'd post FF#48 to see who can accurately guess what this comic graded as.

Gonna go with 8.0 due to spine stress, FC Top edge, and BC lower right corner.

I'm going to say 8.5 ( VF+ ) the back cover is very clean looking and makes up for the top edge of the front cover but overall the front displays enough flaws to keep it out of VF/NM.

 

On second thought... 8.0 (VF) just noticed the lower right corner of the back cover...
