  1. I'm gettin gcaught up now. My wife saw the Friar Tuck pic and said, "Actually, that's not bad at all."
  2. Yeah, I was limited to three but got one more in before it went out of stock.
  3. They were $8.50@ at Midtown this morning/early afternoon. Now they're out of stock and listed at $17@ TFAW is also sold out. Highest on eBay right now is at $28.00
  4. Midtown is sold out, looks like I got the last few copies.
  5. Tried to order five from Midtown, they are limiting orders to three.
  6. That's my favorite OSC book. Would you recommend reading them in release order or chronological order? Yes. I loved Ender's Game and Ender's Shadow. Currently I'm reading The Bourne Dominion.
  7. The perfect convention sketch book. (thumbs u
  8. When E.F. Branget speaks, people listen. The pliers in his avatar are a divining rod for hot books Or a sack crusher for those who get out of line.
  9. I sold two raw copies of Saga for $15 each at the last show I did, Saga 2 for $10. Sweet Tooth, Thief of Thieves, and TWD all sold well. I think I had TWD priced pretty reasonably from iss 25 and up for an average of $8 to $10 each. TWD 34 (second print): sold two raw copies for $25 each.
  10. Stay out of Moderns for too long and look what I miss.
  11. You know what gets me? Walmart will sell these un-edited TPB's (full of violence and F-bombs) in their store available to whoever might open them up, yet they edit their cd's. Right? WalMart will sell PRIDE FC back in the day when top level violence was dished out with face stomping and soccer kicks to the head. But Wally World won't sell a CD based on content they deem inappropriate?
  12. Reminds me of back in the day...when the Clone Saga was as hot as WD is now, and at a convention the dealer next to me, after watching me sell through a dozen copies of ASM #149 at just stupid prices, traded me his entire booth (6 long boxes of books, 25 sets of cards, and 2 dozen carded action figures) + $75 for my last copy of #149 which was no better than F/VF. You have to love how insane some people can get in this hobby. w.............o.............w
  13. Sold out in these here parts. Read it. Liked it. So far it isn't fantastic and I agree about the hype machine working it up a bit too much. TV heads were certainly different, but who wants the same boring sheeet? I think it works for this book and I'll keep reading to give it a chance. Definitely different.
  14. You beat me to it, you hygienic master you.
  15. This thread has been crapped on by a cou0le of hack azzes. Where, oh where art my old thread?
