  1. Its another case of, "We didn't have to do that." I'll agree with the part of not having to alter the return protocol for CGC's endless slab mistakes.
  2. As I've stated before, I submit for grading and purchase graded for the plastic. Mark my words, plastic will be worth its weight in comic books. Or, maybe not.
  3. I saw a flying rabbit carry a pig driving a Cadillac being chased by a frog eating a snake.
  4. It may be due to a technical problem as there are several, for example, with the registry. If I may be so bold, perhaps calling CGC and informing them of the issue.
  5. Yes, I've spent $69.00 on a comic book. ... ... ... Oh, wait ...
  6. I once received a case with a bit of broken comic book in it. Bad joke aside, as others have posted, I have had numerous ME because of a plastic piece, or pieces, in a case.
  7. "When I edit a set description and hit save it jumps the page back to that sets home page showing the edits didn't save...." I'm also experiencing this problem, and reported it.
  8. Hello, I am following up on my request as, unfortunately, the problem persists. Of course, there are likely other registry problems that take precedence. Thank you again.
  9. I read the forum with my eyes closed, as I'm certain everyone knows from my posts.
  10. I have received that message many times, although it has been several years since the last one. To my recollection, after a day or two I would again register the comic book and it would be accepted. Hopefully, your experience will be the same.
  11. When I make revisions to a Set Description and select "save", my changes are not saved, instead I am directed to Set Listing. I attempted to "save" changes three times without success. Thank you for your assistance.
  12. "The new CGC case. What we should have done the first time." "However, we did not have to do that."
  13. It may be close to 20 years, if not more, since I purchased a DF comic book but I do recall that I did so from a comic book mail order company. It was either Westfield Comics or DCBS, and it very likely still took a very long time to receive it. In my limited experience with DF comic books, as shadroch notes, their value plummets; perhaps after 40 years the ones I purchased will be worth what I paid.
  14. I'll submit my copy of Actual Comic 1 for signing by an actual person.
  15. That CGC packaged your submission, after happily taking your money, in such an incredibly crappy way is .... I'll also mention that I, and I imagine many others folks, have received shipments from CGC that contained one slab of 25 that was damaged, as you show or worse. Since the remaining 24 slabs were not damaged, I "assume" that the slab was shipped to me in that condition, especially since the comic books were packaged relatively secure. For what purpose that was done, I'll leave alone for now. All such comic books were ME and, thankfully, arrived undamaged the second time.
