  1. The rumor tied to his returning to the role is a multi-film appearance (supposedly). Which best-case could lead to a Batman Beyond movie.
  2. Up to Episode 6, and like how they are pulling together such a solid time travel story balanced across multiple characters. And keeping it very interesting throughout. 5 is a hardcore killer. His board meeting scene is crazy-entertaining. And the soundtrack is great across all the episodes.
  3. The first episode is a wild time travel story. On to the next..
  4. EW: Damon Lindelof reacts to Watchmen getting 26 Emmy nominations
  5. The Dormammu scene was incredible in 3-D. I would do that entire film again at a 3-D theater.
  6. This will be a shocker. Once the news came out Derrickson had left, naturally he delivered a bland film and won't be missed.
  7. I thoroughly enjoyed that film and not only saw it in 2-D with friends but later took my wife to see it in 3-D (and she thought it was a lot of fun). But hey. Don't go by my opinion. I only read the comic books and kept them for some reason. What do I know?
  8. It's the ever-changing theory of why Doctor Strange didn't make a billion dollars. Scott Derrickson didn't meet the standards of other MCU directors (once it was announced he had parted ways with Disney). Same folks...
  9. The story told here is that this makes perfect sense as now Captain Marvel will be a more modern character and that is not the previous directors' specialties (I think that's the stance now). Yet when the Doctor Strange director walked away after a successful release, it was "GOOD - GET US A BETTER DIRECTOR".
  10. Like you have noted previously, you are responding to the hate coming from outside sources and assuming there must be people on here with the same mindset. But are they really in the same boat when they note enjoying Brie Larson in other roles - to include recently in Kong: Skull Island, Unicorn Store or even Scott Pilgrim? I think with the former and latter she is fantastic.
  11. I look forward to seeing if the sequel new director and story potentially bringing on even more fans. I rewatch most of the other MCU films.
  12. Unfortunately, not that as simple a scenario. When some have noted they disliked the film (not referring to the more extreme dislike engagements), they have been declared haters and anti-feminist. Are you really assuming those details, and celebrating that type debating? I doubt it from your previous posts. So what has gone above and beyond is the annoyance with these few that want to declare everyone as haters and anti-feminist when the simple truth is every film or TV show will have fans and non-fans. Trying to force them into a negative stereotype so as to detract from their opinions is a nasty business.
  13. You seem to try to prove the majority loved this film like you produced, directed and starred in the film. Wait. Goose - that you? Many really enjoyed Captain Marvel. Some thought it was okay. And then there are those that either didn't care for the story or the character portrayal. Time will tell if that changes either way.
