  1. Hello I believe you can do this but, I will check to be sure and let you know. I think you would have togo into your account and chang your primary collecting interest to coins.
  2. Turnaround times are based on the amount of submissions we receive, and vary based on that.
  3. Out of curiosity, did you submit the book you posted in this thread yourself?
  4. Hello Provided you live in the US, you can fill out an online submission form and select mechanical error. A prepaid shipping label will be sent to you. (If you don't live in the US, you would have to e-mail customer service to get the shipping label.) Be sure to specify the problems on the form. We will fix this for free, and return it to you at our expense. Mike
  5. I am told your order should be done within the 20 day window.
  6. Hello That could be indicative of water damage. So, I would say probably not. However, there's a slight possibility that it could be a pinched layer error. That's the best opinion we can give from a picture. Mike
  7. The second one with the more faded banner is correct. We had to reduce the opacity of the logo just a bit because of the set names are long. We also moved the sub grades to the back to allow for a signature line on the front of the label.
  8. Hello Just have your friend that submitted it fill out another submission form, and select mechanical error (ME) A shipping label will be sent to him. Be sure to clearly state what the problem is. We will fix it, and mail it back at our expense. Mike
  9. Hello They can be shipped in the same box. Just make sure the packing slips are clearly accompanied to the books for that submission.
  10. I have not seen the book in person so, I have no idea. I was only told it was rejected by CCS.
  11. No certain ETA. But there's a concept in the mail to us right now. We should hopefully know how that works by next week.
  12. I've been here every day for nearly a year. Got forbid I take 4 hours of flex time for 2 days. I come back both evenings, and everything here is a disaster. I will start being more generous with the points.
  13. Hello This is what I was told from the people in charge of the database: You can assure the customer that if the cards are genuine, they can send in any Yu-Gi-Oh card and we will verify and grade it. This applies to cards that have not be uploaded yet. As for the 20th Anniversary set, I am submitting it for upload by EoD. I am taking time on the Korean cards because the re-print runs done by the Korean manufacturer are largely undocumented making verification more time consuming.
  14. No certain ETA. But there's a concept in the mail to us right now. We should hopefully know how that works by next week.
  15. Here's a link to the announcement. https://www.cgccomics.com/news/article/10226/
  16. If you would like my help, PM me the submission number. Mike
  17. I have been told by web help that this has been fixed.
  18. I am not sure why this has happened. If it doesn't get straightened out this week, send me a PM with the invoice number and I will look into it.

  20. Spine roll removal is included in our pressing service. As seen in this thread, we do evaluate a book, and reject it if we feel it is too risky.
