  2. Hello You would have to complete separate submission forms. You can send them to us in the same box. Just make sure the packing slips are clearly placed with the correct submission. Also, you can write WK on the outside of the box. Mike

  5. Hello It would be added to your current balance. Keep in mind, that credit is good for 1 year. The old balance would have to be used within a year from the time it was added to your account. Mike
  6. The way I remember it was, the journals were the same as regular threads, and showed up in the active topics. We had Invision at that time. It was decided that all of the journals would be locked, and linked at the top of this new, improved (cough) format.
  7. Sure. To be clear though, the we stand behind comment was not directed towards something like this. I do agree that a mistake was made or it is a severe case of SCS.
  8. I would like to see the journals put back to the same format that regular thread are. That is the way they used to be. I am not sure that is doable but, will ask when I have a meeting with Dena.

  17. They can be in the same bubble bag. I would put the packing slip in front of each order. You could even attach a note that there are 2 submissions as an added precaution.
  18. so if someone sends in a book when it was a 10 day turn around then by time you get it it had become a 27 day turn around they are stuck with the 27 day turnaround? Unfortunately, TAT's are not guaranteed, and this can and does happen.
  19. Ignore what I typed above. This is what I was told by customer service. When the customer signs up they select their primary collecting interest and this is where the credit will be applied. It can be moved to one of our other companies if the customer prefers as long as they have not used any of that credit yet. If you haven't used any of the $150 yet then you just need to email or call customer service to let them know that you prefer to have the credit applied to NGC and we can move that for you here.
