  1. I have sent in similar inquiries about Hickeys, and the graders have told me they were not significant enough to receive the error designation. I am sure it was noticed on your card and decided it didn't qualify.

  4. Hello The value is the amount that you would be willing to receive if you comic was lost or damaged while in our possession. We do encourage you to be conservative as we do not reimburse you if you over-value your book. In the event that your book was grossly under-valued, we would contact you to bump the book to a higher grading tier and you would just pay the difference in the grading fees at that time.   5. Hello We allow 25 comics per submission because that is the most that we can safely ship into 1 box, back to the customer. Although, you can send us more than 1 submission at a time. Mike
  6. Suggestions are welcome. During the second half of the first contest, we had a problem delivering high resolutions scans to the forum. That was corrected for the second contest. Although, the scans were darkened a little so the defects would show up better. I haven't seen the scans yet for this contest but, I will make sure they come from the original source, and are high resolution.

  14. Hello You will need to fill out a submission form. You will see Mechanical error as a choice. Click on that, and there will be instructions on how to send these back to us. There will also be a link so you can get a prepaid shipping label, so there will be no cost to you, as we will pay to have the cards shipped back to you. Mike
  15. I was hoping to send the QC manager regarding this. 1 person has sent me info. Pictures aren't required but, submission numbers are important, along with text. Without submission numbers, we have no way to tell who has handled the books.

  17. Hello You need a minimum of 50 cards for a bulk submission so, you would need to select another tier for these submissions. You can send in both submissions to us in 1 box but, you would have to pay for return shipping to you for 2 packages. Mike
  18. I am not sure. It is possible that the carrier couldn't scan all of the boxes that day. I know we have had 10 pallets worth, and 1 carrier to scan and pick them up. I believe they now send 2 most days. .
