This is the best way to get answers regarding a SS submission. Customer Service may have to contact them anyways to get the answer to a customers question before answering your e-mail. Also, CS gets a lot more a lot more e-mails than the SS team does.

This is the only information that I have from the operations manager regarding the missing Hulk 181 order: I asked our claims department and they said that "We reimbursed the customer for it on 1/5." They have been in contact. I can see their conversation logs where they discussed value and agreed upon a reimbursement price.

Here are the rules for the tiebreaker round. I am going to post 3 books. PM me your grades for the books by Friday February 16th 8:00 PM Easter time. The purpose of this is to determine a winner for first, second and third place. The entire tiebreaker process, including the reveal, results, and final rankings will take place in this thread. In the event that there is still a tie, This criteria will be used to determine the final rankings. This round is closed. I would like to thank everyone for all of the kind words via PM or in the threads. They are much appreciated. While I am strictly business when I reply to everyone's PM,s, I do enjoy the various commentary's posted with the grades. This was an interesting contest for sure. GA books might be hard for some collectors. I was told we could have a mixed age selection of books for the next contest. Anyhow, it's time for the reveal, and it will be um quite shocking. I had no part in choosing the books for each round. It has always been this way. So, when I post the books, keep that in mind. I will also post the graders notes. The results thread will hopefully be tomorrow. I have never calculated grades so, the top participants will be a surprise to me as well. I see I currently have 20 PM's so, that will keep me busy for a while.
