I mean I understand but the packages are insured. All books were crunched on the same corner, should have been obvious. Would be nice (I know they are busy), but would be nice if they spot something obvious to reach out to the customer and say hey, we think there is a problem do you want us to continue. I mean those books were badly damaged and they are modern age comics. I know older more valuable comics can still be worth serious money even in mid grades. Either way, lesson learned. I will double box from here on out but a lot of people spend hundreds sometimes thousands a month grading. When you Fast Track them that is a big ouch!!! Common sense would say hey, the box is damaged maybe we need to inspect and notify the customer. But I get it, my responsibility. I will just send 25 at a time and pre-screen.
