    I have been lacking in giving kudos to anyone. I want you to know that Douglas is not just an awesome seller, no! He's way more than that. He's a great person who has amazing taste in books, more importantly than that he's a hell of a nice guy, who's as honest as the day is long. You have no issues buying from Douglas. I consider him a great friend here.

    I dont submit comics so I really have no skin in the game, but of course their current business model is clearly working to full capacity.

    It's a skill , just like any other. I'm sure ther was a very good Attorney who helped Seanfingh become the awesome lawyer he is now when he was but a paralegal first starting out in the world of law. Is it so ridiculous Sean to hire and train graders?

    That's quite funny! However it's got to start somewhere and somebody's got to learn how to grade I'm sure that any one of us could be a grader at cgc, where did we learn it? That's right experience.

    I cant believe that after 20 years of business CGC couldnt foresee the explosion of submissions and dealt with the issue in a timely manner. That's just poor management and planning. Now they are inundated with so many books they cant get them out fast enough, which causes the quality control issues you are now facing.

    What if I sent them in , then died in the interim. Waiting a whole year for my books to get graded. I dont think I could wait so long for em .
