Hey guys, Not sure if I should post this here but I just got scammed by a guy on ebay (not sure if he is a boardie). Sold me Superman/Batman #1-6 CGC 9.8. When I got them today I noticed that the inner wells had all been tampered with and the books looked more like 8.5s vs 9.8s. Anyways, just giving you a heads up. Thanks for your feedback. Whether the book was shipped or is somewhere within the postal system does not change the fact that it was agreed that this book would be shipped to arrive prior to me leaving for NYCC. I was accommodating when it did not arrive because I know these things happen. I nominated Wil to the Probabtion List when a refund that was promised on a specific date was not sent and my pm's went unanswered for several days even though he was actively posting. At any rate, Wil has assured me he will make good and I will be more than happy to retract my nomination once a refund is sent or the book arrives. Will

Hi guys, It's my first time nominating someone so bear with me and feel free to correct my errors. I'd like to nominate WDMARVELCOMICS. I bought a Marvel Feature #1 for $275 on Sep 20/11. I was assured it would arrive prior to me leaving for NYCC nothing has arrived yet. It was being sent to Canada (from who knows where) but it should not have taken this long even though WDMARVELCOMICS used a cheaper shipping method.
