    You're a good seller. Most flippers don't care about the QC issues. A 9.8 is a 9.8 and they don't care about the smudges, scratches or newton rings. Flippers are the main source of income to CGC, so until they stare caring more about the quality the product, things will only get worse.

    It absurd. They advertise "crystal clear" slabs. Every single one can be produced without newton rings. It's a matter of QC catching it before they ship. They aren't fooling anyone.

    This is so inaccurate, it's disgusting that someone from CGC told you that. Every single book they send out with Newton Rings is avoidable. It's a matter of quality control. Every one that I have sent back. has been corrected. It may have taken CGC two or three times to get it right but there's certainly a fix for it. Anyone saying otherwise is lying or ignorant. If they told you no, talk to their boss. If their boss says no, talk to their boss.

    A temporary fix until the problem is solved, there should be a "desktop" view option, on your phone, when you pull the tracking page up. This worked for me.

    For me, access to submission tracking works via laptop but not through mobile/android. Tried via multiple phones and browsers.

    Very soft ending. Great acting this season but overall, to me, it just feels like another zombie apocalypse redo. 7.0/10 for the season.

    For the first time in years, I submitted a few books to CCS under fast track. Last time I did this, years ago, it took about 8 times longer than their posted ToT at the time. The current 3 books only took a week at CCS and are now at CGC, "SFG". I'm interested to see how the books look when they get back to me. They all had specific, pressable defects and I'm curious to see how well they did.

    @CGC Mike @Brittany M. Is this accurate? Neslon, at BTC, stated CGC agreed to reholder these books, at no charge to the end consumer.

    Agreed. It's a tough situation for BTC. Like I said, they already sent them back to CGC twice to re-holder for the same problems and they didn't fix it. BTC was getting a lot of pressure from customers, mostly because of the price tag on the book.
