  1. Looking for an internal Xenozoic Tales page drawn by Mark Schultz. PM me if you have anything or know where to find some good one. Thanks in advance!
  2. I'm a Spawn fan...I love that book. Not sure how those that didn't participate in the birth of Image Comics feel about it, but it holds a lot of nostalgia for me. So yes, I would trade for two copies if I were you...
  3. Do you have the equivalent sales trend for MP 1? I believe the dollar figures for MP 1 would be substantially lower since it is a much later #1 book and hence, was much more highly collected in grade as opposed to the earlier Thor and FF books. Fantastic Four #67 CGC 9.4 ~ $1,700 CGC 9.0 ~ $500 CGC 8.0 ~ $200 Thor #165 CGC 9.4 ~ $2,000 CGC 9.0 ~ $800 CGC 8.0 ~ $350 Marvel Premiere #1 CGC 9.4 ~ $500 CGC 9.0 ~ $250 CGC 8.0 ~ $150 On a percentage basis, MP#1 may be the book that grows the most, but it certainly isn't anywhere near the ballpark that the other two are in...and that's all of the free GPA data I'm giving.
  4. Yes, that'll be one of the books to have, but I think THE book to have will be Thor #165...the 1st FULL appearance of HIM (Warlock). After a quick look, it looks like GPA is already trending that way: Fantastic Four #67 CGC 9.4 ~ $1,700 CGC 9.0 ~ $500 CGC 8.0 ~ $200 Thor #165 CGC 9.4 ~ $2,000 CGC 9.0 ~ $800 CGC 8.0 ~ $350 Obviously the other book to grab is Marvel Premiere #1. I think there is going to be a lot of fanboy confusion as to what book is the 'right' book to have once Warlock shows up so all three of FF#67, THOR#165, MP#1 should increase substantially. That's my $0.02... How much more room can these issues possibly have though? Their prices have exponentially risen in just the last couple of years. Did you see what happened to Iron Man #55? Or Fantastic Four #45 more recently? The prices on those books went from affordable to ridiculous overnight. I'm sure these have some room to grow...
  5. Man, this cover is extremely underrated. Love this one...
  6. I'm focused as hell...the problem is, my focus tends to change and I end up with a lot of books that don't align with my current focus...and then I have to spend time culling the herd. There are a lot of books, that if I were to start an AGGIEZ funnybook museum, I would never want displayed, but I can't justify walking away from for $0.50 or $1.00. Over time, that accumulation of books starts to get on my nerves and I get overwhelmed with the sheer amount of books I have in my collection and begin to think "why the hell do I do this?"...then I have a big sales thread and all is right in the world again. Wash, rinse, repeat...
  7. Her. Guess that makes sense with the Thor movie...I must have missed this one last year http://www.joblo.com/movie-news/exclusive-scoop-thor-ragnarok-guardians-of-the-galaxy-vol-2-details-316
  8. Man, Marvel is absolutely killing it with GOTG. Probably my favorite out of everything they've done and GOTG2 looks like it'll be more of the same. I remember when people were like "A GOTG movie, are you freaking kidding me? Nobody knows these characters!"...and I had just finished catching up on the Annihilation series and was stoked. Absolute home run.
  9. Man, I just don't know about this stuff. Looks pretty low budget to me at this point. I hope it comes together. Translation need please I. HA! You crack me up...

  11. Cool, hadn't seen that one. Thanks! I'm wondering if they all say "1st appearance of Red Hulk" now?
  12. With rumors of Red Hulk showing up on the big screen, I'm looking to get my Red Hulk (2008) #1 copies slabbed soon...but there are inconsistencies with how these are labeled. Some note "1st appearance of Red Hulk", some do not. The variant cover that I like the best is the Hero Initiative/Atomic Comics variant Incredible Hulk #1 cover swipe, and this happens to be one that does not seem to have the 1st appearance designation on the CGC label. Being a 1st appearance collector, and all-around obsessive compulsive collector, that's an issue for me. How do we go about cleaning up the labels for the regular version and all of the variants so that they all note "1st appearance of Red Hulk"? Regular Edition I've seen "1st appearance of Red Hulk. Iron Man, Doc Samson, She-Hulk & Winter Guard appearance." Dynamic Forces Edition I've seen "1st appearance of Red Hulk" I've seen nothing, like this one... Hero Initiative Edition I've seen "1st appearance of Red Hulk. Hero Initiative exclusive. Partial blank cover." on GPA results but not an actual book Not sure what this one looks like...anyone? (shrug)(shrug)(shrug) (shrug)(shrug)(shrug)(shrug)(shrug)(shrug) (shrug)(shrug)(shrug)(shrug)(shrug)(shrug) Hero Initiative/Atomic Comics I've seen "The Hero Initiative and Atomic Comics Exclusive" Wizard World 2008 Con Edition I've seen "Wizard World Los Angeles 2008 exclusive." I've seen "1st appearance of Red Hulk. Wizard World Los Angeles 2008 exclusive." Daniel Acuna Variant
  13. Outside of Starslayer #2, this one...Madman #4
  14. My understanding has been that the interior of the Pence books are exactly the same as the US versions. The only difference is the cover with the price variation. What other differences are there? Curious... I may need to break out my Strange Tales #110 Pence and Strange Tales #110 US tonight a take some side-by-side pics...
