You know I am usually pretty good in the PGM. But im not generally the "high" grade in my opinions. Yet I never see my opinion of the book as the listed grade. Generally a half point higher.

You forgot to mention they also like to contribute to the "Hey buddy can you spare a grade" forum... to see how much they can get for their books. It is our duty to grade their books for them a well

If you saved the first email where eBay notifies you that you won the book, most of the time the seller's full mailing address is listed in there. Don't see how he really can at this point. Bad rep from the start, bad til the end. Hasn't really changed his ways in observing the rules. He seems to ignore absolute everything until it's a response to a thread only that he's started. he is online right now Yep, still proves my point he doesn't read anything that doesn't involve getting money from his sales, buying books or getting advice on how to maximize his profits... There's a lot of that about.... I like the new members that are just here to sell books, and sometimes they even contribute to a thread. About books they want to sell...

Who was the seller? And I agree. Alot of guys there cant grade. I grade accurate and I think it actually hurts my auctions. Sellers and buyers alike cant grade.

Who did that? I just click and edit the title to say my thread is closed so the thread DOES NOT get bumped and take away from other people's sales. You can't do that if the thread is older than 3 days. It was still a move on dekeuk's part, though. I think some of us are getting pretty close to putting him on the probation list by vote for pulling this stuff despite him being obviously a veteran at selling here... Whenever I see a sales thread of his I'm reminded of this one I overgraded everything for eBay Where he basically says he overgrades books by a full grade on eBay for his customers. I remembered that, once I saw him post that statement, I stopped looking at his threads. It's unfortunate, becuse he had some books I would have been interested in, but there are too many others to chose from. I'm not sure you can do probation by vote, but perhaps you can hit the report button more often if someone is an obvious transgressor, or pm them, maybe they just don't get it? :shrug: some people really DO believe that rules are for other people. Yeah same here...a lot of sellers just torpedo their own sales by pulling stunts like this. There are about 5 - 10 sellers that I don't even click on anymore because of this. I think we're not alone, as I just did click on some of their recent stuff and not a lot is selling...whereas sellers that do play by the rules, are agreeable and basically have an online persona that doesn't just dwell exclusively in the Marketplace section do seem to make a lot more sales. Im flattered That Ebay satement was the biggest turn off from a seller yet

POst count, and defaulting have nothing in common. And I dont think post count makes you any safer when buying. Anyone can flake out on you. And I have better luck with noobs. At least they buy books, or ask if you will wait a few days for payment. Where as alot of "other" members just try and shoot lowball offers on everything. THAT gets old.

I will be listing a small stack of books tonight/tomorrow morning. A bunch of GI Joes, and some mid grade keys. The GI Joe 21 is already in PGM forum here on the boards. General thought is 8.5

I think the All-American is a MUCH stronger cover. And I would say Action 1 is the more powerful of the two supes starters.

All-American 16 all day, all night. Would not ever part with it. Alan Scotts first appearance vs. the "other" superman book? JSA is my favorite superteam of all time. And I love the GA Green Lantern.

Sometime this evening I will start a sales thread of NON-Junk. Books offered will be key and non-key SA-CA Marvel and DC. There will be some good deals, but mostly just good stuff mostly VF or better. I am doing my part to try and stop the dollar bin bonanzas that have been taking over the marketplace.

I know who you're talking about. He hasn't bumped the thread since and I don't know if he's been online since your discovery. My recommendation is that if he does it again, bring up the issue before the Probation thread crowd for a vote. Can't have people ignoring the rules (I don't think it's his first time either?) He bumped after he sold a book via PM. And never acknowledged the link or posts. And no this is not the first time.

I have a bit of an issue. I point out to a seller that any sales here must be EXCLUSIVE to these forums, and get ignored. I even posted the link of the same exact book on C-Link. Now I have linked the Rules and asked to specifically read number 3. I can see this with NOOBS, but if you have been here for awhile then WTF!

I have a good chunk of books on your wishlist Boy Mac...I think Resurrection is trying to insult your low-grade mentality...he's just got the chunks of books, not actual whole books... The best part is I just answered hiw WTB thread with a low grade Tec' with a detatched cover.. Do you actually know me?
