  1. Me three and there are some books I was very tempted to bid on if I didn't know who the seller was...but no feedback in a year...and if you check Negative Neutral Feedback His responses to the 40 previous negs, would have turned me off anyway... Ebay did bidders no favors by hiding old negs and neutrals Thanks much, Point Five and Skypinkblu. You know, I once looked on Comic Supply as a down-and-out guy who just was making lots of bad choices (or something like that), but after reading his responses to customers he screwed I believe he's just a really bad guy. I can't make a judgment as to whether someone I don't know personally (off the boards) is just confused, or bad...I just know, his answers to people who were upset HERE, were the same as his answers there...and I thought it was just immature...or unwise...but I remember his response to me...and I'm paraphrasing, but he said that in HIS experience, not only is the customer not always right, they are most often wrong. Just can't be bothered dealing with someone like that, when there are so many nice people who appreciate your business and make the hobby fun. Life is WAY too short;) He's a witch!! (monty python anyone)
  2. Sorry, you don't get to try and take over the world today!
  3. I do however own the Bane figure they displayed.. I was hoping it meant "cosmic cubes"
  4. Comic Supply ($300 of books) - Books arrived today. Almost a year to the day after I ordered them. mjacobs8 ($145 of books) - Won my dispute, no funds in his PayPal account so I am mess out of luck. Anyone who believes that PayPal offers buyer protection is nieve (like I was). Only your credit card company can give you any protection. Filter81 ($950 book) - Book arrived last week as already discussed. I guess that 2 of 3 ain't bad. Mike I have been trying to get ahold of Adam again, but no luck. He said he would ship my book a few days after Javits..
  5. Fixed that for ya. (thumbs u If you can't get your mess together and ship stuff in a timely manner then don't list it. Why would someone offer something for sale here on the boards when they don't even know where it's at??? Yaknow...he makes a good point... I agree. I have had delays in the past, but kept constant contact. I dont think I ever hit the 3 week or more mark when shipping something though. But with purchases, I have had to delay once or twice because of circumstance. But I would never try and sell something that was not in hand to sell, that just kinda seems odd to me.
  6. Give Adam a bit to get situated. I will try and help however I can. I spoke with him at NYCC and he was saying that he was a little behind right now. I also have books coming from him, but am not worried. I will try and see if I can get in touch with him. He is a super nice guy, and doubt he would ever try and get one over on someone for a few bucks.
  7. Go right ahead. (thumbs u I think I see a bus coming I know I aint going under it. I havent sold anything in a month or so. And my packing is on point, and shipping is done flat rate box and envelope.
  8. Kudos to Rube11 for an awesome Strange Adventures slab! A pleasure sir!
  9. I say no, not sincere at all. Oh wait, my sarcasm detector just kicked in change the batteries (thumbs u I tried, the directions are in canadian
  10. Yeah, that picture was from an earlier lynching, sorry, I'm a slacker... Lynchings
  11. As you can see, this particular seller is very interested in clearly up any past transgressions and quickly amalgamating his multiple threads in one. We should run a poll on when he starts a new one. Is gambling against forum rules?
  12. No, he will just get derailed non-stop. There have been 3 this week. So far 1 caught on quick.
  13. they will either get the hang of it or slide down the front page until they do I think I will fire up multiple threads with single books I will derail them with graemlins
  14. Whats up with the new sellers and one book per sales thread? And there is always one on the front page getting the rules posted in their thread, yet they just dont read the forum rules..
  15. Delete the others and put them in one thread, you can still do that with the other no one has posted in You should really read the forum rules, people have been a bit pizzy lately
  16. Kudos to Fat Comic Mafia, and Arex Crooke for some sweet Tec' slabs. Great to do business with!
  17. I rarely do this in a SALES THREAD, which is what we're talking about. Gabbing in forum sections like General or the other areas that are designed for CONVERSATION is expected, as no one is trying to create a environment for financial transactions and no one is waiting for new books to be posted. But obviously, the difference eludes you right? I also BS in many sales threads. And should be punished accordingly. And sometimes I even post alot of graemlins. And even worst, I am the guy who it says sold via PM. So people think I never buy anything. Im a bad man..
  18. You better get used to being tired. But it's a good tired...congrats Pat have you posted the pictures yet Pat? Not yet. I have been a bit busy. completely understandable. You still got the perma-grin? Yea... Hes the best thing ever
