  5. Great book, Bill! It was great to finally meet you in Chacago, too. What a beaut This book is so different era. The hero wears a suit and tie, and a cape !! Just excellent !! Several of the early Adventure covers rank among my favorite GA covers, this one included.
  6. If anyone has a centerfold for Top Notch # 7 please let me know.
  7. And still trying to sell the Superman #1 Larson with no back cover for $100,000? presumably Did this Larson copy of Sups #1 ever sell? I wonder why Theo would sell Supes #1 when according to his article, it's the comic book equivalent of the Hognus Wagner card, the ultimate, ultimate comic book, and the most undervalued comic book in existence. Maybe he has another copy.
  8. Sweet copy of a hard to find book! Congratulations Trooper!
  9. I remember when Return to New York came out I had a horrible time finding nice copies. Every copy that showed up on the rack had problems if I recall. I will check my boxes when I get back from vacation and see what kind of shape the copies of #21 I have are.
  10. Beautiful book! High on my list of MLJ books to pick up.
  11. Incredible colors on that book and no color touch!
  12. I just checked out the TMNT registry for the first time. I guess the guy in the #1 spot with only one book must have the recently sold 9.8 #1?
  13. One of the best GA DC covers in my opinion. Just a great book! Thanks Mutie, I agree. Very simple, yet iconic golden age cover that I'm happy to have. And thanks to the other GA boardies for the congrats (thumbs u I love the fact he is in a suit, not tights with his underwear on the outside.
