  1. Here are a couple I purchased because of my time spent working in newspapers. On the Capt. Marvel, it is interesting that they managed to cram a Bulletman story into a very small book. A handful of these types of books in very high grade seem to be popping up from time to time recently.
  2. These should look familiar. I tried to just post ones that have not shown up yet. In the next week, I am getting some nice Wheaties giveaways back and a couple other promos I can post.
  3. A quick Google - because I never heard of him either - turned up Wally Wood apparently calling him a liar for making claims about THUNDER Agents. Excerpt from THUNDER Agents book But Comic Book database does show some writing credits. Database
  4. Let's all go to the movies. Pretty cool box and this one looks to be in nice shape. Comic-Scope on eBay
  5. Dude, we are taking away your chainsaw privileges. That is one serious close call. Glad it worked out allright. And now the pants are probably $200 designer jeans.
  6. That Military 1 reminds me how much love I all the Blackhawk titles. Isn't one of the most likely reasons for the demise of some of these simply what goes with Marvel coming into their own. Kids who were reading Boy Commandos in 1943 had pretty good paying jobs in the early '80s. Kids who grew up reading Spider-Man where flipping burgers. Now those burger flippers are getting a real check and collecting their childhood memories. Some of the great characters that never went away still have awesome followings but few nowadays could tell you much about The Newsboy Legion.
