  2. I love books in which the front cover looks better than the grade. I guess you really can't tell a book by it's cover? Is that the only Simon & Kirby??? Anyway, another one that got away. What was I thinking???
  3. How many books do I have?? About 50/70. My interests are constantly changing so I probably bought and sold 100's of Golden Age CGC graded comics in the past couple of years. Quite often, I will sell books to fund my new buys. You have basically seen most of my Timely's except for a few issues. Anyway, here is a picture of a book I sold last year.
  4. How much for one rusty staple from the book? Would CGC encase a staple only? Can you imagine if I receive a restored label since the staple was cleaned?
  5. I have a couple of questions for veteran Gold collectors. I have seen the guide differential between Batman and Superman pricing and also obseved where these books are really selling. Superman 1 sells for substantially more than Batman 1 (double ?). Superman 2 and 3 seem to sell somewhat higher also. However, in general the rest of the Batman run sells for somewhat higher than the Superman run. I am trying to understand the anamoly. 1)are the differences in the 1's due to the unrestored copies of each graded vs the demand for the ssue? 2)Did the success of the Batman movies vs the Superman movies push the Batman prices in general, above the superman (create a greater interest)? 3)Is my analysis correct? Thanks
