Hi. Thank you for the clarification on the shipping kit. Its much appreciated. I definitely havnt had any charge to my card, or credit applied to the invoice. I'm in the UK so calling them probably isn't the best. I've contacted the CGC via email about it, and the UK office, so I'll wait to hear back from them. Thanks for all the help.

I have sent them an e-mail, I just wondered if there was a specific process I needed to follow. Thanks for the advice though.

Hi. I am a newly paid member of CGC and have submitted my first lot of comics. I have just received the invoice for this and it would appear that the $150 credit hasn't been applied to the the invoice, nor has the $20 credit towards the shipping costs. I was wondering how I go about rectifying this issue?

Hi. Brand new to sending direct to Cgc, I usually go via my local comic book store. I was just wondering if once my books have been graded, would I be able to see what grade they are via my cgc account or do I need to wait until I get them back. Thanks

Hi people, this is my first time submitting comics directly as a paid CGC member. As I live in the UK I submitted my books via the London office, my books have been delivered and signed for so I know they have arrived, my question is how do I know if and when the London office has shipped them out to Florida? I've looked all over trying to find information about this but as it stands I have been unable to find anything to answer my query. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
