Say all you want about Gus. I bought some great books from him with absolutely no problems. As for Tom I bought 1 book from him and it was as he said it was a 2.5 so I won't complain there either. I told skypink blue that if Tom is at the NY show she can come and ill introduce he to him. He was at the recent NY shows including the comic con and the (last) wizard show at the piers.

My 2¢s. Spend LESS time dishing it out towards Sharon and MORE time defending your discrepancies, which you did a pretty decent job in your last post. If you didn't realize there was a tear seal when you listed it on eBay and only realized it after then and put it in your board description, there is no shame; but say so FIRST before attacking Sharon. THAT would have avoided the near-nuclear meltdown. Why go straight for the jugular and bypass explaining your position? Just saying ... cooler heads generally prevail. Fine. Just lost my temper and let my emotion take over. And when does having a hunch mean that its a fact ? I bought the book as a 4.5 unrestored and I breifly questioned it for a moment. Then I didn't make anything of it. Time passes I put it on ebay for sale (as I bought it) and it didn't sell.I put it back on the thread for sale and did mention it possibly having this time. Did you stop to think between then and now I might have learned something more about the book? My God lady get real. This has gone too far already. And of course your buddies will back you blindly, I understand that but why do you continue a pointless argument?

As for Gus, well I bought books like detective comics 44 cgc 6.0 for $420 and a detective 36 for slightly over 1k so I think I wasn't "had" the least bit. The guy earns his living and has been in this business for 20 years at least. He is friends with everyone I see at the shows.. so you can bash all you want. I blamed you for starting to complain about me cause you said you didn't want to start anything. But by mentioning something without knowing the whole details you are starting! Then you said you didn't and German fan first posted. That's what I found a little funny too. You immediately. Jumped to say that he first started (even though you didn't say it directly). Then I pmd him to ask him what were his intentions which I believed were harmless. If you would have asked me to explain why it was listed as unrestored on ebay and then mention the tear seal after I would have been glad too. But no matter how I explain it you are determined to find some guilt on me.

And then it was mentioned that Germanfan started this against me, where in fact he pmd methat the only intention he had was to point out that the book was on heritage at one time. And I thanked him for that.

Yea the first one, it came from a guy that that called me out who was ousted. And now its a boardie who began a debate about a book that is still in my possesion. Basically a book that no deal was even made!

Foolkiller, I have to go soon but I will say this for now. Like I said before. Between the ebay listing and now I had a discussion with the person from ebay. Up to thatpoint I wasn't sure if it had a tear seal or not. But I didn't think it was a big deal since the questionable spot was at the bottom front cover I thought that if it turned out to be a tear seal thenit could be removed. Now some boardie felt as if they had to make an issue out of this. The book is still in my possesion. I listed it here with mentioning the tear seal even though I bought the book as a 4.5 an unrestored. Therefore I don't believei wronged anyone here. Especially after listing it with the tear seal being mentioned. And I wasn't still sure till after a boardie linked the heritage site. So where am I wrong here?

Since I am atwork and can't be on here to defend myself. No Sharon I didn't threaten you , what I meant is people always get shot in the foot when they attack for no reason. Meaning one day you will be taken out of context (for example) and will be on the defensive.You come on all innocent but you are sneaky in the way you use your innocence. Yea but to "presume" is a hunch, not a proven fact. So does that mean I must think the worse first ? and if you go back a few pages I did clearly say I did presume a tear seal so I did note the worse rather than the best here.

From the time on ebay till now I did find out that it could have a tear seal, so I mentioned it from the sttart now I will be in contact with the moderators on this

And that's all the gratitude for even helping you out getting books from local dealers. Thanks! I don't need to brake down every little explanation to the dot for you but to clear this up. I bought it as unrestored. The book had a piece of tape on the interior where the tear seal is. And I wasn't sure if it had resto or not but I sold it as I bought I bought it on ebay. After discussing it with the buyer I thought that it might have had tear seal resto. And now that I put it here I mentioned it from the start. And after a boardie pointed me out to the heritage I have no problem with adding those notes. That's about it.
