  1. I know. I feel like this thread is now just a couple of sour people ranting at clouds over art they don't (and will probably never) own.
  2. In an attempt to get his on track, here's a "historic" piece of Spider-Man art by Humberto Ramos listed for sale last night: https://www.romitaman.com/GalleryPiece.asp?Piece=27300&ArtistId=1671
  3. There's a good chance it isn't historic at all (and created in the last 20 years to boot) or it is for sale.
  4. In light of the DKR #1 sale, does Higgins' color cover of Watchmen #1 become any more desirable? Granted their are a lot of differences: the Watchmen #1 cover exists as a pencil and ink piece, we know the color version of Watchmen #1 is Higgins' color/airbrush work over Gibbons' printed bluelines, and the DKR #1 cover actually features a character. https://comics.ha.com/itm/original-comic-art/miscellaneous/john-higgins-watchmen-1-blooded-smiley-face-doomsday-clock-cover-color-guide-original-art-dc-/a/7073-92044.s This is probably apples and oranges, but it popped in my head over the past week.
  5. I just can't get into these things, but there has to be somebody that likes them.
