i thought that as long as they held the rites and did something with the chacters in some form or another (written/film) then that was all that was needed if nothings done after 20yrs they go public.......isn't that how marvel lost conan & red sonja

seen this book with 2 different dealers according to the 1 dealer Bot Con didn't have the rites to produce a TF comic but forget the rest of the story of why it's hard to find
